I have had that song on my mind a lot lately. As you know I live in Lexington, KY and we have had some blistering hot days lately. Also, I am training for the Columbus Half Marathon coming up in October so I am training double extra hard.
As you can imagine though on those hot, sweaty days I just *need* some cool relaxation. Nothing can be better but to strip off those wet workout clothes one by one and step into a nice, cool shower. Tee hee, I am getting a little of course here. What I mean to say in this blog post is simply that I have been training and enjoying the hot weather. That’s why my blog posts have been a bit lagging lately. But you know me. Starting Monday morning I will be back to work and putting out these babies like hotcakes. Remember that this is only my main blog, but I have others.
